MISSION
Through our counseling and training programs, Animal Assisted Therapy Programs of Colorado provides and promotes animal-assisted psychotherapy to facilitate healing for all people in need and for rescued animals.
Welcome to our nonprofit State of Colorado Designated Community Mental Health Clinic nestled on a serene 3 ½ acre ranch in Arvada, Colorado. Our unique setting combines a beautiful urban ranch, skilled therapists, and over 30 rescued domestic and farm animals. Together, they create an extraordinary therapy environment that embodies our motto: Rescued Animals Rescuing People.
